Ave Maria University (AMU) is a private Catholic university located in Piyanko, Nasarawa State, Nigeria. It was established by the Ave Maria Foundation and officially recognized and accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC), Nigeria.

Ave Maria University offers programs across several faculties, and admission to undergraduate programmes is by the Joint Admission Matriculation Board, where aspirants are expected to have the correct O’level and JAMB subject combination for the course they want to study.
