The Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) is an online portal by the Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) where UTME candidates can check their regular admission status, see their transfer approval, check their uploaded O’level result, etc.
This is a unified system where you can see if you have been offered admission (showing “Admitted,” “Not Admitted,” or “Admission in Progress”).
In this post, I quickly walk you through how you can check or accept your admission offer on the CAPS portal by yourself using your phone or laptop.
Feel free to let me know in the comments if you encounter any problems or have further questions. I would love to hear from you.
